Welcome to the website of Barton Elementary! 

Here on the site, you will find very useful information that will (hopefully) eliminate all of your questions and concerns as well as provide very useful information to the family and friends of the children attending our lovely school. 

Barton Elementary is a school which has classes ranging from Kindergarten through Sixth Grade (K-6). Our Barton staff has been trained to provide the very best curriculum and knowledge to present to the children.

Barton has many activities to help spark the fire in our students and to get them involved at recess such as Softball, Hockey, Flag Football, Volleyball. As well as during the regular school day our students have the ability to not only learn about music but have the ability to play real instruments as well do live performances for parents. Barton also gives Art lessons and strives to bring out the artistic creativity in all of our students. All of these are given to our students with no extra fee to you (the Parents/Guardians)!

We are pleased to announce that after conducting a very thorough and extensive selective process, Barton is welcoming our new Principal Mrs. Janice Gordon-Ellis!

Our previous Principal, Dorothy Fenster has retired, so please show welcome hands and warm hearts to the new Principal and show her how dedicated and involved Barton Elementary's parents are!

Barton's School Improvement Grant (SIG) will be funded by the state.
