  Introduction to Business
 Introduction to Business
        		 Introduction to Business introduces students to the seven components of business: Marketing, Business Environment, Career Preparation, Economics, Financial Concepts, Employability Skills, Information Technologies, and Leadership Development.

  • Complete a course interest form and turn it in to the counseling office at your high school.
  • Requirement: Current enrollment at Arroyo Valley or San Gorgonio High School

 Arroyo Valley High School: Grace Navarro, Teacher
This will be Ms. Navarro’s second year as a Career Technical Education teacher. Ms. Navarro previously worked as an AVID Tutor and Certificated Substitute Teacher in San Bernardino City Unified School District. In addition to teaching Introduction to Business Ms. Navarro is also involved in teaching AVID and coaching Mock Trial at Arroyo Valley High School. Grace Navarro graduated from California State University, San Bernardino with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Concentration in Economics. After earning her undergraduate degree, Ms. Navarro received her teaching credential at University of Redlands.

San Gorgonio High School: Cynthia Viebach, Teacher
Cynthia Viebach has been with the San Bernardino City Unified School District for 10 years.  Ms. Viebach came to Career Technical Education with experience as a business owner. She is also the advisor for the Future Business Leaders of America  at San Gorgonio High School.  Ms. Viebach teaches part-time at Chaffey Community College.
