Mission
The Mission of the Educational Services Division is to provide each principal with the skills necessary to develop and support an outstanding professional learning community.  The Educational Services Division is committed to student achievement as evidenced by implementing rigorous standards, providing focused staff development, building quality relationships with parents, sustaining positive community partnerships and celebrating successes along the way.  The Educational Services Division ensures excellence in education through evaluation, program improvement and supporting the Superintendent’s “Blueprint for Success.”

The Educational Services Division is committed to working collaboratively with the school community to ensure the highest levels of teaching and learning by:

•    Collecting, analyzing and sharing data to provide insight and  actions for ongoing school improvement

•    Partnering with sites to develop effective systems of core instruction, enrichment and intervention to meet the unique needs of all students

•    Assisting sites in using collaboration time to improve instructional practices through the use of data

•    Ensuring accountability for student achievement by aligning mandates, student needs and use of site resources
